Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Work collaboratively with medical and allied health teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support a positive team culture and patient experience
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Minimum 12 months hospital nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
