About You Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months’ experience within aged care or residential aged care
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Experience within aged care or residential care environments
• Strong medication and resident care knowledge
Assistants in Nursing (AINs) / Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent
• Experience supporting residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
