Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and operational turnaround initiatives, including addressing non-compliance and risk
- Strengthen clinical governance, documentation, and care delivery practices
- Ensure full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership to clinical, care, and support teams
- Build accountability, capability, and engagement across the workforce
- Manage occupancy, budgets, workforce planning, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable systems and processes
- Build trust with residents, families, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager in aged care
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated success leading change, improvement, or turnaround initiatives
- Ability to identify, fix, and sustain compliance and quality improvements
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Relevant clinical qualification (Registered Nurse preferred)
- AHPRA registration (where applicable)
