We are seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor, building strong teams, and maintaining high standards of care and governance.

About the Role

As Facility Manager, you will take full responsibility for the clinical, operational, and people leadership of the service.
With key systems and compliance frameworks now in place, your focus will be on embedding consistency, strengthening team capability, and driving ongoing improvement in care quality and resident outcomes.
This role suits a leader who values structure, visibility, and team engagement, and who can confidently guide a service forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and strengthen clinical governance and care delivery practices
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Provide visible, supportive leadership to clinical and care teams
  • Build team capability, accountability, and engagement
  • Oversee occupancy, workforce planning, and financial performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustain positive changes
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
About You
  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager within aged care
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain high standards of care
  • Experience supporting services through improvement or change (advantageous, not essential)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant clinical qualification (Registered Nurse preferred)
  • Current AHPRA registration (where applicable
