Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen clinical governance and care delivery practices
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Provide visible, supportive leadership to clinical and care teams
- Build team capability, accountability, and engagement
- Oversee occupancy, workforce planning, and financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustain positive changes
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager within aged care
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain high standards of care
- Experience supporting services through improvement or change (advantageous, not essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant clinical qualification (Registered Nurse preferred)
- Current AHPRA registration (where applicable
