We are seeking an experienced Scrub/Scout Nurse to join a specialised ophthalmology theatre team in Hobart. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a focused surgical environment, supporting advanced ophthalmic and vitreoretinal procedures.
About the Role
You will be an integral part of a high-performing perioperative team, assisting across a range of ophthalmology surgeries. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced theatre setting and has strong technical expertise in scrub/scout.
Key Requirements
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Full working rights
• Proven experience as a Scrub/Scout Nurse
• Ophthalmology experience with Vitreoretinal competency (essential)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced theatre environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
