- You will be able to deliver timely, culturally appropriate OT services within a multidisciplinary acute setting
- Have the ability to manage and prioritise a dynamic caseload
- Provide clinical supervision and support to students and staff
- Help contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety and service standards
About You:
- You will a clinical expert with the ability to provide patient care and upskills junior therapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant chairside manner
- Strong clinical reasoning, time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current, valid Registration with AHPRA
- Have a valid Working with children's check, Medical Clearance, Background/ Police Check, plus can provide at least 2 working references
- Previous Inpatient rehabilitation position
- Previous Inpatient neuro experience essential!
