The impact you’ll make
In this role, you’ll support people to communicate, connect and participate more fully in daily life by:
- Completing speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
- Designing and delivering individualised, goal-focused therapy programs
- Supporting children and adults with communication, social participation and mealtime safety
- Providing education, strategies and home programs to families, carers and support staff
- Working collaboratively with OTs, allied health colleagues, educators and support coordinators
- Preparing clear, purposeful NDIS reports and documentation
- Using evidence-based practice to guide decision-making and outcomes

What you’ll bring
- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or eligibility
- Experience or interest in NDIS and community practice
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Confidence working with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based and person-centred care
