A community-focused, not-for-profit disability service provider delivering allied health services across Victoria. They support children and adults with developmental delay and disability, with a strong emphasis on family-centred care, inclusion and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering services across community and clinic settings.

You’ll support clients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on NDIS participants, early intervention and functional communication outcomes.

This role involves managing your own caseload while working closely with families, carers and other clinicians to deliver meaningful, goal-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct communication and swallowing (where applicable) assessments
  • Deliver evidence-based intervention aligned to NDIS goals
  • Support functional communication, social interaction and participation
  • Use a Key Worker model (0–6) to coach families and embed strategies into daily routines
  • Work collaboratively with MDT (OT, Physio, Psych, educators)
  • Provide reports, case notes and service plan reviews within required timeframes
  • Deliver training and education to families and stakeholders where required

About You
  • Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
  • Experience or interest in disability / developmental delay
  • Understanding of family-centred and functional therapy approaches
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Full driver’s licence
