With opportunities available for Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, these are ideal roles for both new graduates and experienced clinicians seeking flexibility, strong clinical support and genuine career progression.
Locations:
- Occupational Therapist: North Brisbane
- Speech Pathologist: Brisbane, Ipswich & Logan
- Assess and support paediatric and adult clients
- Deliver NDIS-focused, goal-driven therapy
- Complete functional and assistive technology assessments
- Deliver therapy across communication, language, literacy, swallowing and social skills
- Support clients in homes, schools, clinics and community settings
- Community-based work with telehealth, clinical hub and WFH options
- Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
- Manageable caseloads with strong admin and clinical support
- Structured 12-month graduate program
- Comprehensive induction and shadowing
- Weekly 1:1 supervision and mentoring
- Ongoing training, PD and wellbeing check-ins
- $85,000–$120,000 + PD allowance + bonuses
