We’re currently seeking experienced and compassionate Disability & Youth Support Workers to join our team.



In this role, you’ll support participants or Young People to live independently and confidently. Your day may include helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, domestic tasks, and engaging in enjoyable, meaningful activities.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 6 months paid experience as a Support Worker
  
• Minimum Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Disability)
  
• Minimum Diploma or relevant Qualification (Youth Work)
  
• Certificate in Manual Handling (HLTWHS005 – Disability)
  
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
