We’re currently seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Youth Support Workers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young people across Newcastle and surrounding areas.



As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting young people to live safe, happy and independent lives. Your day may include assisting with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and engaging in fun, meaningful activities.

What you’ll need:

• A relevant diploma in Youth Work, Community Services or similar is a must
  
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Youth Support Worker
  
• A valid Driver’s Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
  
• Current Working with Children Check
  
• National Police Check (within the last 3 months that states your job role)
  
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  
• Willingness to be added to RCWR
