- Confident with assessments, or open to learning new assessment tools
- Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Relevant allied health qualifications Behaviour, Psychology
- CBA or BCBA credentials (or working towards certification) highly desirable
- Experience working with children and knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disability, and/or disability support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Victorian WWCC
- Develop interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS guidelines
- Deliver 1:1 sessions with participants to achieve behaviour support goals
- Provide training to parents, carers, support staff, and educators
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments
- Complete clinical documentation and session notes
- Attend supervision, team meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive work environment
