As Clinical Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both residents and staff, guiding a dedicated care team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care. Working alongside the Residential Manager, you’ll ensure clinical excellence, drive quality outcomes, and uphold compliance with internal and external standards. You’ll foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and respect, where every team member feels supported to grow and where residents receive care that truly enhances their wellbeing.

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Extensive experience in Aged Care with a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Previous experience in a Senior RN, Clinical Coordinator, or Deputy Clinical Manager role is deseriable
- ready to step up or continue your leadership career.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Confident using a range of clinical software systems.
- First Aid Certificate and current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
