We’re seeking dual registered Midwives (RN/RM) for regional and rural hospitals across Australia. These contracts are ideal for nurses and midwives who want to grow their skills, gain rural experience, and make a genuine difference in communities where your expertise is needed most.

Your Responsibilities
• Deliver safe and evidence-based antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
• Support and manage both low-risk and complex births
• Provide neonatal resuscitation when required
• Collaborate with regional GPs, nurses, and Aboriginal health workers
• Respond to emergencies with confidence and autonomy
• Contribute to health education, discharge planning, and community care
What You Need
• Current AHPRA registration as Dual Registered Midwife (RN/RM)
• Minimum 3 years of midwifery and general nursing experience
• Current PROMPT training, Neonatal Resuscitation, and FSEP Level 3
• BLS/ALS certification
• Australian working rights
Highly Regarded:
• Previous regional or rural maternity experience
• Cultural safety training or experience working with Aboriginal communities
• Flexibility to work across maternity and acute/general nursing wards
