About the Role
- Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care for inpatients and aged care residents
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Support the safe administration of medication within AHPRA Scope of Practice
- Uphold NSQHS standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Respect cultural diversity and adapt care accordingly
- Participate in audits, policy reviews, and health system development
- Basic computer literacy (Office 365, health information systems) required
- AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse (medication competent)
- Experience in rural/remote settings and aged care preferred
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse communities
- Strong teamwork skills and professional flexibility
- Renumeration: $2,650.90 to $2,813.40 per fortnight (NRG Grade 3 under NIHRACS EA)
