Talent Quarter has partnered with a national healthcare provider to recruit a part-time HR Business Partner to support their growing allied health, aged care, and NDIS divisions across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for support and clinical staff based in Western Sydney
- Ensure full compliance with AHPRA, NDIS, WWCC, police checks, and all relevant regulations
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and offboarding processes
- Monitor and report on HR data and metrics to inform workforce planning
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to anticipate hiring needs and support service growth
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in HR or recruitment within healthcare, NDIS, aged care, or community services
- Sound knowledge of workforce compliance across allied health, aged care, and disability sectors
- Strong organisational skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Proven experience in workforce retention, compliance audits, and meeting recruitment targets
- HR professional membership (highly regarded)
- A commitment to values of compassion, dignity, and person-centred care
