You’ll support participants to improve their independence and participation in everyday life, including:
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) for NDIS planning
- Daily living skills – self-care, cooking, household tasks
- Home & equipment modifications for accessibility
- Fine & gross motor skills development
- Cognitive & sensory processing support
- Develop personalised, client-centred intervention plans
- Deliver therapy across homes, schools, and community settings
- Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and support coordinators
- Learn and grow through mentorship, peer support, and team-based training
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy, or Year 4 OT student
- AHPRA registration (or eligible) – registration costs may be covered
- Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills
- Passion for the disability sector and person-centred care
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make a meaningful difference
