👩 About the Team & Lead OT
You’ll be joining a diverse team of therapists working across paediatrics, adult care, aged care, and community settings.
Your Lead OT brings expertise in:
- Driver rehabilitation
- Falls prevention
- Home mods & AT prescription
- Planning for degenerative conditions

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred OT services across the lifespan
- Conduct assessments (FCA, driving, home mods, AT) and develop tailored therapy plans
- Support clients with goal setting & capacity building
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care
- Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation
✅ What You’ll Need
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Driver’s licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong interpersonal skills + willingness to learn and grow
- Commitment to client-centred care and best practice therapy
