From across-the-lifespan therapy to driving assessments, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), assistive technology (AT), home modifications, capacity building and goal setting — you’ll find plenty of variety without being overwhelmed.
Whether you’re a new graduate or have 1–2 years of experience, you’ll be supported by an experienced Lead OT and a tight-knit team who care just as much about your development as they do about client outcomes.

About the Team & Lead OT
You’ll be joining a diverse team working across paediatrics, adult care, aged care, and community settings.
Your Lead OT brings expertise in:
- Driver rehabilitation
- Falls prevention
- Home mods & AT prescription
- Planning for degenerative conditions
Graduate / Early Career Support
Designed for new grads and early career clinicians, you’ll have:
- Structured onboarding + shadowing
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring with your Lead OT
- Paid PD budget + internal training calendar
- A balanced caseload that grows with you
- Clear career pathways into your areas of interest
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred OT services across the lifespan
- Conduct assessments (FCA, driving, home mods, AT) and develop tailored therapy plans
- Support clients with goal setting & capacity building
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care
- Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation
What You’ll Need
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Driver’s licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong interpersonal skills + willingness to learn and grow
- Commitment to client-centred care and best practice
