An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated Retail Pharmacy Manager to join and lead a dedicated team of pharmacy assistants in a well-established community pharmacy located in North West Victoria.

About the Role
As the Retail Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a team of pharmacy assistants and oversee all retail operations within the pharmacy. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, promoting health awareness, and driving retail performance through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the pharmacy as a trusted centre for advice, health, and wellbeing
- Manage daily retail operations including merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation
- Assist across all areas of the pharmacy including orders, register, phone enquiries, and supporting the dispensary
- Staff rostering and team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor and drive sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to build a strong, customer-focused culture
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and pharmacy regulation
