About the Opportunity This role is perfect for a senior or aspiring leader who’s ready to:
- Develop clinical systems, protocols and treatment pathways
- Onboard, support, and mentor new team members
- Build a caseload based on your preferred areas (clinic, home, or community)
- Contribute to long-term planning and division growth
- Be a key voice in shaping company-wide best practice
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Driver’s licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and clinical experience
- Passion for mentorship, development and team-building
- Bonus: Experience in MSK, neuro, aged care or disability welcomed
