About the Role
As the Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in driving quality outcomes across  aged care homes.  You’ll provide expert guidance on compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure our practices align with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice and support on compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
  • Lead internal audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers and staff to build quality improvement capability across the organisation
  • Prepare and review documentation for regulatory reporting and accreditation visits
  • Monitor risk management processes and ensure best practice frameworks are in place
  • Drive a positive culture of safety, compliance, and quality of care
To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a quality, compliance, or governance role within aged care or a related health setting
  • Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, aged care legislation, and accreditation processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff
  • RN background with current AHPRA registration.
