About the Role: 
You’ll lead and mentor Facility Managers across homes located in the North-West Region of Melbourne  ensuring operational excellence, governance and the highest level of care for residents. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping consistency, strengthening clinical standards, maintaining occupancy and driving measurable improvement across the region. Key Duties include: 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and empowering Facility Managers to achieve operational and clinical excellence
  • Ensuring full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Maintaining high occupancy and strong commercial performance
  • Embedding governance frameworks and consistent processes
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement and positive cultural change
  • Supporting alignment and utilisation of the AN-ACC funding model
To be successful you will have: 
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, passion and respect
  • Operational experience within aged care, clinical governance or multisite leadership (minimum 6 years)
  • Own vehicle & full drivers license
