Are you a passionate and clinically experienced Registered Nurse ready to take your emergency care skills to the next level? We're currently seeking talented RNs for a leading Emergency Department offering modern equipment, diverse teams, and a strong focus on ongoing learning and career development.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based, high-quality patient care across various zones, including:

  • Adult acute assessment

  • Paediatrics

  • Resuscitation

  • Mental health assessment

  • Short stay observation (24-hour)

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, taking a leadership role in coordinating care and supporting the clinical development of others. You’ll be working in an environment that values inclusivity, flexibility, and excellence.

Essential Criteria

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Emergency Nursing environment (adult and paediatric preferred)

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing (or currently undertaking) – desirable

  • Demonstrated clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Team-focused approach with a strong work ethic

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Ability to meet relevant compliance requirements (Police Check, Working With Children Check, vaccination evidence)

Successful candidates will be offered a salary based on years of experience, aligned with the current enterprise agreement for nurses, ranging from $35.46 – $49.79 per hour.
