About the Role
We are seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a full-time basis under our On-Hire Labour Agreement. Successful candidates will be employed by Talent Quarter and placed with client healthcare facilities across Australia, in both metropolitan and regional locations.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across a variety of clinical areas, including but not limited to:
  • Acute care
  • Emergency care
  • Perioperative and theatre nursing
  • Aged care
  • Community and primary health
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines and professional standards.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical environments, including equipment setup and adherence to infection prevention protocols.
  • Triage and prioritise patient needs in emergency or acute situations.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely, following legal and clinical requirements.
  • Assist with procedures and interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
  • Monitor, document, and report on patient progress and clinical changes.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Advocate for patient rights, wellbeing, and quality of care.
Skills & Experience Required
  1. Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  2. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  3. Minimum of five years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
  4. Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  6. Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
