Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with Norfolk Island Health and Residential Aged Care Service (NIHRACS) to support them in their search for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team in a stunning and remote island setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care across emergency, acute, and aged care units.
- Act as a clinical team leader when required, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improved health outcomes.
- Uphold clinical governance standards including AHPRA Scope of Practice and NSQHS requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through audits, policy development, and quality initiatives.
- Culturally adapt care practices to reflect the diverse needs of the Norfolk Island community.
- Maintain accurate records using health information systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in remote or rural nursing settings.
- Broad skill set including aged care, general nursing, and emergency care (highly desirable).
- Current ALS and ETEK Triage (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to community-specific healthcare needs.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
