About the Company

You’ll be stepping into a well-established, multi-disciplinary therapy provider known for delivering holistic and evidence-based support to clients across the lifespan from young children to adults, and their families. The Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll play a key role in helping clients improve their communication, language and swallowing abilities in a way that’s meaningful to their goals and everyday life.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while still having team support, mentorship and flexibility.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing assessments and interventions for children, adolescents and adults
  • Supporting clients with communication and swallowing difficulties
  • Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals and stakeholders
  • Delivering therapy across clinic, school, home or community settings
  • Writing quality, evidence-based reports
  • Building strong relationships with families, carers, support networks and services
About You You’re a Speechie who genuinely cares about client outcomes and wants to work with a team that values quality over quantity.

You’ll need:
  • A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, and Police Check
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia
