What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Delivering evidence-based speech therapy
✔ Working with an existing stream of referrals while helping shape new referral pathways
✔ Collaborating with OTs, Psychs, and management to integrate speech into a cohesive model of care
✔ Providing leadership, mentoring, and clinical oversight as the team grows
✔ Supporting clients across clinic, school, home, or community settings based on their needs

What You’ll Need
✔ Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
✔ SPA registration (or eligibility)
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience – paediatric experience highly regarded
✔ Confidence in independent clinical work and leadership contribution
✔ WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check
✔ Valid WA driver's licence and reliable transport
✔ Full Australian working rights
