Graduate Speech Pathologist – Western Melbourne, VIC
Start Date: ASAP

Salary:$70,000+ (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be supporting people with communication challenges, speech disorders, and swallowing difficulties. That might include:

  • Speech & Language Therapy – Articulation, fluency, comprehension

  • AAC support – Helping non-verbal clients communicate

  • Swallowing & Mealtime Assistance – Making eating safer and easier

  • Social Communication Skills – Building confidence in interactions

  • Literacy & Cognitive Communication – Supporting reading, writing, and learning

Your role in a nutshell

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalised, evidence-based plans

  • Work across homes, schools, early childhood centres, and community settings

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Reflect, learn, and grow through supervision and peer discussions

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology

  • SPA membership (or eligibility)

  • Empathy, strong communication, and solid documentation skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make a difference
